Applying make-up is something I adore, however removing make-up not so much, especially eye make up! I have tried product after product to find something which will remove my make-up without irritating my skin and eyes. So, this brings me onto the Clinique Take The Day Off collection – some of you may have read my #JETSETBEAUTYย with World Duty Freeย post which is who I received this wonderful set off.

Within the set is the Clinique Take The Day Off Cleansing Milk and the Make-Up Remover for lids, lashes and lips. The set is a World Duty Free exclusive and can be bought in airports, I know I will be picking another one of these up when I go away in May!

The products within this set are allergy tested, 100% fragrance free and helps maintain your skins moisture barrier leaving your skin feeling soft and comfortable.

God, I freaking love this stuff! Having sensitive skin makes it pretty hard to find skincare products which don’t irritate my skin, since blogging I have come across many brands which are now suitable for my skin and this includes Clinique. The cleansing milk is a soft, creamy formula which is massaged into dry skin – as you massage into your skin you can see the product lift up make-up/dirt from your face. I tend to massage this into my skin for around 1 minute before rinsing with warm water and then repeat the same steps again.

The cleansing milk leaves your skin super soft, clean and hydrated.

Now, I promise you one thing – If your looking for something to remove the toughest of tough mascaras and that matte lipstick which just wont seem to budge then this product is your solution! Time after time after using products – in particular Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara and Colourpop Matte Lipsticks, I have struggled to get the product off easily or without irritating my skin.

Adding a drop or two of this miracle make-up remover will help move the toughest of make-up in seconds. The product is oil based which just glides across your skin and removes the product effortlessly. Using this daily has become a thing for me and its now a holy-grail product!

Have you tried any of Clinique’s Take The Day Off range? I’d love to know!

You can find out more about the World Duty Free set here and also purchase to pick up in an airport on your travels!

Thanks for reading, xo

  • Oh wow, this looks amazing! I’m a serial ‘accidentally fall asleep with my make up on’ kinda gal, however anything that makes the process easier the better. I’ve just bought the All Nighter foundation from Urban Decay and this could probably help take this off!

  • I haven’t tried anything from this range, but it seems like it’s just the thing I’m looking for! I have sensitive skin as well, and absolutely hate taking my makeup off, especially when I’m wearing quite a lot that day and I don’t want to be irritating my skin in the process of removing it all. Great post xo
